1) Who we are

2) What these terms cover

These terms set the rules for using our website and buying our products and services, including:

• Digital content and programmes (e.g., the Midlife Clarity Path)

• Print-on-demand (POD) or supplier-fulfilled goods

• Free resources, downloads and emails

By using our site, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3) Where we sell / who can buy

We sell from the UK to the countries listed on our Shipping page only. If your country isn’t listed, we can’t accept the order.

4) Using the site

• You must be 18+ and use the site lawfully.

• Don’t copy, scrape, or misuse our content or code.

• We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.

5) Orders, pricing and payment

• Your order is an offer to buy; we accept when we send an order confirmation.

• Prices are in GBP unless stated and may change at any time. Obvious pricing errors aren’t binding.

• We take payment via our processors (e.g., Stripe) and PayPal. Your bank/PayPal may apply exchange rates and fees if you pay in a non-GBP currency.

6) Digital content (downloads, online programmes)

• Access is granted on payment (or as stated at checkout).

• Licence: personal, non-transferable, non-commercial. Don’t share, sell or sublicense.

• Right to cancel: when you buy digital content for immediate access/download, you agree the 14-day cancellation right ends once download/streaming begins.

• Faults: if content is defective, contact us promptly for a repair, replacement, or refund where required by law.

• Availability: some features may not be available in all countries due to local laws/platform limits.

7) Physical goods (POD / supplier-fulfilled)

• Our partners (e.g., Printify, Inkthreadable, Blanka) make and ship items. Delivery times at checkout are estimates.

• Risk passes on delivery; title passes once paid in full.

8) Returns & cancellations:
Made-to-order/custom items: no change-of-mind returns. If faulty or not as described, we’ll replace or refund.
Non-custom items (if offered): tell us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to cancel; return within a further 14 days. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
How to start: email [email protected] for an Return to Merchant Authorisation (RMA) with your order number (and photos for faults). We’ll confirm the correct return address (this may differ from our correspondence address).
Return costs: you cover return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. Use a tracked service. We don’t accept cash-on-delivery.
Refunds: issued within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or proof of return), to your original payment method. For change-of-mind, we refund the product price and the basic outbound delivery cost.
Faulty/not as described: within 30 days you can choose a refund or replacement. After 30 days we’ll repair or replace as the law requires.
Digital content & services (e.g., MCP/app/downloads): you have a 14-day cooling-off period unless you ask us to start access during that time; once access starts with your consent, the right to cancel the digital portion ends.
International returns: mark parcels “Returned goods” and include our RMA to avoid customs charges.

9) Taxes, duties & customs (international)

International orders may attract import taxes, duties and fees set by your country. These are your responsibility. We’re not responsible for delays caused by customs.

10) Subscriptions (if applicable)

• Auto-renewal details and price will be shown at sign-up.

• Cancel auto-renew before the next billing date in your account or by emailing us. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

11) Programme access & community guidelines (if applicable)

• Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, medical misinformation or spam.

• We may moderate/remove content or end access for breaches.

12) Health & medical disclaimer

Our content is information only. It’s not medical advice and isn’t a substitute for seeing a qualified healthcare professional. Always seek advice from your GP/specialist about your health and before making lifestyle changes. If you experience concerning symptoms, stop and seek medical help.

13) Your account security

Keep login details confidential. You’re responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

14) Intellectual property

All site content, course materials, templates, graphics and logos are our IP (or licensed). Don’t copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works without permission.

15) Liability

We don’t exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law says we can’t exclude.

Otherwise, we’re not liable for loss of profits, business, savings, data, or any indirect or consequential loss.

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.

16) Events outside our control

We’re not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g., supplier issues, shipping interruptions, platform outages). We’ll do what we reasonably can to minimise the effects.

18) Governing law & jurisdiction (international consumers)

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you’re a consumer living outside the UK, you may bring claims in your local courts. If you live outside the UK, you still have any non-waivable consumer rights in your country. Nothing in these terms removes those rights.
