Who we share data with (processors)

We use trusted providers to run Second Bloom:

• GoHighLevel (website, forms, emails, CRM).

• Payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) – for payments and antifraud.

• POD/fulfilment partners (e.g., Printify, Inkthreadable, Blanka) – to make and ship your order.

• Mail handling/virtual address provider (Icon Offices) for correspondence.

International transfers

Some providers store/process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on recognised safeguards (e.g., UK-approved standard contractual clauses) provided by those vendors.

How long we keep data

We keep data only as long as needed:

• Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or we remove inactive contacts.

• Order records: normally 6 years for tax/accounting.

• MCA responses: as long as needed to provide your resources and improve our programme (you can ask us to delete them).

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict your data; object to certain uses; and request portability. You can withdraw consent at any time (this won’t affect past lawful use).
