When does it start?
Self-paced. You can begin anytime after purchase; you’ll get access links by email.
Will it give medical advice?
No. It’s coaching and education only. Always speak with your GP/specialist about health decisions.
Refunds?
Digital access starts immediately, so there’s no change-of-mind refund once you start viewing content. If there’s a fault with access or materials, contact us and we’ll fix or refund as required.
What’s VIP?
Optional add-ons such as live Q&As, templates, or extra resources. Details and price are shown at sign-up.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There's a 14-day UK consumer cooling off period. For the membership, you can turn off auto-renew anytime. You’ll keep access until the end of the paid period.
How do I get access?
We email your links right after purchase. Save them somewhere you can easily find later.
Can I share materials?
They’re for your personal use, and bespoke to your needs. Please don’t share, repost, or resell.
Who makes and ships my order?
Trusted fulfilment partners (e.g., Printify network, Inkthreadable, Blanka) produce and ship on our behalf.
How long does delivery take?
Typical guidance is shown at checkout based on your location and product. You’ll receive tracking where available.
Can I change or cancel after ordering?
POD items move quickly into production, so changes/cancellations aren’t guaranteed once submitted. Email [email protected] ASAP and we’ll try.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 7 days with your order number and photos. We’ll replace or refund if the item is faulty or not as described.
Can I return if I change my mind?
Custom/made-to-order items aren’t eligible for change-of-mind returns. If we ever sell non-custom items, you’ll have a 14-day UK consumer cancellation window—see Returns/Cancellations.
Where do I send returns?
Returns are by authorisation (RMA) only. Email us first; the returns address may differ from our correspondence address.
International orders—taxes/duties?
Your country may charge import taxes/duties. These are your responsibility. Mark any authorised return as “Returned goods” with the RMA to avoid extra charges.
Which payments do you accept?
Major cards (via our processors) and PayPal. Prices are in GBP; your bank/PayPal may apply exchange rates/fees.
Is my payment data safe?
We never see full card details. Payments are handled by PCI-compliant providers.
