Missed or cancelled appointments, with 24 hours or less notice, may not be eligible for refunds.

Second Bloom shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, or expense incurred as a result of any engagement with third-party providers. You agree that Second Bloom bears no responsibility, or liability for the quality, or outcome of services provided by third parties introduced via this website.

Second Bloom acts solely as an introducer and does not provide coaching, therapy, medical, legal, or professional consultation services directly.  Any services, advice, or support you receive through third-party providers introduced by Second Bloom are entirely the responsibility of those third parties. We do not vet, monitor, or endorse the quality, safety, suitability, or legality of the services offered.

Second Bloom is not a party to any agreement you may enter into with any third-party provider. We are not liable for any actions, omissions, advice, or outcomes arising from your interactions with such providers.

We recommend you do your own due diligence before engaging with any third-party provider. Use of any services introduced via our platform is at your own risk.
